Every order is packed with care and ships within 1–3 business days once paid.

• Flat $9.95 standard shipping on orders under $59.00
• We currently ship within Canada only
• All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST and any provincial sales tax are added to your invoice where they apply.

Returns

If something isn’t right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened treats and chews, used grooming products, or toys that have been played with. Engraved ID tags are final sale.

To start a return, send us a note with your order number and we’ll reply with instructions.

Damaged in transit?

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
